FAQ & SHOP POLICIES

When will my order arrive?

Delivery times may vary, once the package is shipped it is out of my control. Estimated arrival time:
USA: approximately 2 - 10 business days
Canada: approximately 5 - 20 business day
Everywhere else: 10+ business days
Delivery times are based on when the order is shipped, not placed.

Do you ship worldwide?

I ship worldwide, however due to VAT laws I cannot ship to the UK from this store. If you live in the UK and wish to make a purchase, please DM me on Instagram and when possible, I will make you a private listing on Etsy.

Buyers are responsible for paying all VAT and associated fees.

My order never arrived?

Unfortunately, if the tracking info says your package has been delivered, we will not replace, reship or refund the order unless shipping insurance has been purchased. Lost mail claims can be filed with USPS directly.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final, I do not offer refunds, cancellations or returns. If you feel there is a problem with your order, please contact me via the form, or at misslaneyluck [at] gmail [dot] com.

Please note filing a chargeback against my store for any reason will result in a permanent ban, if you have any issues with your order please reach out to me directly.

I need to change my address!

Please email me at misslaneyluck [at] gmail [dot] com for any address changes. I am not responsible for packages sent to an old address if you do not contact me about updating.

Do you combine orders?

I will combine shipping for multiple orders AUTOMATICALLY if the name & address match, and the orders are placed on the same day.

Please note I do not combine pre-orders as I can't guarantee when certain designs will finish.

Where is XYZ?

I try to ship all in-hand orders within 1 week, however there are sometimes exceptions. If you're worried about an order please email me.

Pre-orders can take 2-6 months to arrive, updates are on my Instagram and on trello. Please do not purchase a pre-order item if you are unwilling to wait, as I do not offer cancellations.

Trading & Reselling

I do not monitor what people do with a pin once they receive it, it is my belief you can do whatever you want with your pins. With that being said, I am anti-scalping. I try to avoid low LE runs in order to prevent scalping, and will offer re-runs or new variants pins if requested.

Restocks

Items that will be restocked are shown here. Items will be restocked at my discretion and can be removed from the list at any time.

LE vs OE vs LR

LE = Limited Edition. LE 50 means there are 50 of that variant, and no more exact pins will be produced.
OE = Open Edition. Any OE pins may be restocked, however it's never guaranteed.
LR = Limited Release. Any LR pins will have the possibility of being restocked/ remade in new variants until the design retires.

GRADING INFO

Please keep in mind that enamel pins are handmade, minor imperfections are normal.
Soft enamel pins will generally have a looser grading scale, as they are prone to dust trapped in the transparent fill, and don't get buffed out like hard enamel pins.

A Grade

Free of major imperfections. Minor imperfections may include: errant dust or glitter, minor enamel fill errors or bubbles, slightly misaligned screen printing, minor surface imperfections such as buff marks.

B Grade

Imperfections are noticeable up close. These may include: areas of errant dust or glitter, larger enamel fill errors, noticeable areas of air bubbles, screen printing errors, discoloration, more noticeable surface imperfections such as chipped metal or small scratches.

C Grade

Imperfections are noticeable from a distance. These may include: large scratches, large enamel fill errors, obvious screen printing errors, large areas of air bubbles, bent posts or missing cutouts.

Some notes on my grading: Not all pins will be graded exactly the same, I tend to grade less harshly on large pins and soft enamel/ dyed metal since flaws are more common. Certain flaws (such as spots on the face) will always make a pin B grade or lower, however if there are marks in less noticeable spots such as towards the edges/ near the metal, those pins may still be an A grade.

Standards/ Seconds

Some items may be graded as Standards/ Seconds rather than the A/ B/ C grading scale. Standard is best of the batch, while Seconds will have various imperfections such as scratches or damage.
